Electronic Music Mayhem

Electronic music... particularly Eurorack modular synthesis... is my latest down-the-rabbit-hole adventure. I took piano in high school, know three chords on the guitar, and can make scary sounds on the modular. I'd like to think I'm getting better but will settle for things I can listen to for more than five minutes.

I've always loved the idea of immersive experiences. It probably comes from taking regular trips to Disneyland as a kid (and adult). I love the idea of creating sights, sounds, and smells to build environments that take us out of where we are and transport us to worlds of our own design. The critical role of sound in that experience has always intrigued me and led to my ongoing exploration of sound synthesis and the analog and digital creation of sound.
